In 2020, the world changed forever, and like many, I faced a harsh reality: life as I knew it was gone. Laid off from my job with no path back to the kitchen, I founded Romano Cuisine, vowing to channel my culinary expertise into creating exceptional food and providing jobs for those left without work.
Armed with a secondhand Weber grill from Facebook Marketplace, I fired up steaks and got to work. My mission was simple but powerful: to restore financial stability for my fellow chefs and bring joy to customers craving a taste of normalcy after months of isolation.
